Good payment (I see this as a compensation), Work hours are collected and can be taken later (at least in Germany due to workers council), Fresh fruits once a week. Modern building in Hamburg.
Svantaggi
There is no structure for new things, too much workload and too much overtime, information overkill by dozens of emails every day, general spirit is no good due to too many changes. There is coffee and water for free but the coffee is terrible (money can be saved for Maersk). Old fashioned ways of working. Everything takes ages and is over complicated. How customer service employees are measures (KPI‘s, etc.) is a bad joke as those KPIs not always make sense.
