Work duplication, No proper documentation. Biggest of all : Most Exp people dont know basics and always take credit of peers work. if you are joining as Jl3 and below , no matter your exp your views or thoughts are never taken to account. Too much politics as too many people sitting on same work. No women leaders nor they are promoted. Diversity is just an advertisement. Leadership team has fav, you wont go anywhere .. position change is difficult. Many org changes , incompetent leaders and managers across SAP both functional and technical. Most of the team members dont know their work they are hired for. if a work comes across team of 5 , only 1 person has information rest all are in dark and have no clue.
