Incredible company to be a part of, after 12 years in sales this is the best team I’ve been a part of. The management and ownership make you feel like a part of the family not just another number. I will retire as a MAG employee. Pay structure and incentives are very aggressive and some of the best in the industry.

It’s can be remote and we don’t get to see everyone other than once a year at the company Xmas party where they pay our flights and hotels for an amazing evening in Vancouver.

I left an industry I had been in for years (and even got a degree for) to join MAG, and it was the best decision I’ve made. Income is uncapped and truly based on your effort and willingness to learn. I started with zero experience and quickly moved up thanks to constant support and one-on-one meetings with ownership and the national director. That level of investment in people is rare. If you show up and work hard, they notice and give you every tool to succeed. The culture is unmatched team nights, sports, events it feels like a family, not just a job. Grateful to be part of MAG.
