I’ve been around the block a bit and seen my fair share of dysfunctional start-ups, but Majority sets a new low. Majority is a Swedish company managed by Swedish co-founders that has its core business in the United States. The leadership cherry-picks between Swedish and American norms – whichever suits them in the moment. The result isn’t culture, it’s confusion. The “culture” itself is staged and shallow. Loyalty to leadership matters more than competence or new ideas.
