ManTech leadership cares about its employees. During a hurricane, the CEO personally wants to know that every single impacted employee is safe and accounted for. During a personal crisis, I received a personal phone call over the weekend from a senior executive telling me to take the time I need. Leadership is transparent and committed and focused on the long game. They take care of employees. We are all focused on the mission of serving our customers in the name of national security.

Svantaggi

Not as many people here as pre-Covid. Great for flexibility of course, but would be nice to see more faces in the hallway!
