I loved my job but not the pay - Recensione dipendente - Licensed Nursing Assistant LNA presso MAS Home Care

I am an employee of the Maine Homecare team! I have to say that my supervisor and scheduler are incredible! They truly care about the employees and our clients! They are more supportive than any other company o have worked for!

The biggest con that I find is pay and I know it is all tied to the state of maine reimbursement rates but it is difficult to support a family doing a job that I absolutely love for such a low rate of pay!

This company is excellent to work for if you are looking for full time and/or part time work. As a mother, they were particularly gracious of scheduling me work around my personal schedule.

Sometimes payroll can get messed up resulting in checks either being over or under drawn.
