      The down side to working with Matrix Services is there weren't too many opportunities for advancement on the administration side of the company.

      Work / Life balance can be a challenge but the company has policies that are supportive as long as you take charge of yourself. Because of their profile, growth rate, market share, sales pipeline and and profitability, the risk of a buyout is real, so it requires careful consideration of your risk tolerance.
