One HR guy, Dipesh, is the face of this toxic culture — if I ever meet him outside, I’ll be sure to return the favor for all the stress. Lunch breaks? Forget about it. If you dare eat at your desk, the HOD will scream at you — even though they’re munching away in their own cabins. The washrooms are filthy, and there’s no proper place to eat either.
