      I liked most of my coworkers and sometimes they buy us lunch. Maybe once every 6 months.

      Owner is a maniac. Screams profanities over the loud speaker every 5 minutes, doesn't care about his employees, hates when you're out for doctor visits. Very fast turnover. People fired, hired, quit all the time. No organization, micromanagers. Long hours, no overtime pay. Christmas bonus was a box of chocolate and an umbrella. Run far away.

      - Wonderful/kind group of office employees - Great work hours (not too early) - Not an overly stressful work environment (if you know what you're doing) - Management may treat to breakfast/lunch occasionally

      Honestly lunchtime! Just take the full hour get out of that crazy office and turn off you cell phone while out to lunch.

      Everything. The atmosphere is calming until the owner Ed Campanella gets in. Then holy hell breaks out. You have to walk on eggshells. Hires his family and then fires them. He scrams thru the loud speaker and demands attention. Makes you run errands his personal ones. Terrible boss and owner Ed Campanella was and terrible company. Has 3 companies all his but put in different names as the owner. Union and non union- MBI, Pinnacle, and Builders Group. Has employees that food around and play games and shop online.
