Working at MBK depends on what department you work! In some departments if you work hard you will be valued, be promoted and get valuable experience! In some departments you just work and get paid! You won’t be neither promoted nor get experience! Because the company is in a good shape and has generous benefits so none of the managers want to move or be replaced. Some managers are insecure and are afraid of losing their jobs, so you never learn more by working with them.
