Either you are serving a not qualified manager or your work life is Hell! -Can do attitude, it means you may be asked to die for them with no compensation! Like working 16 hours a day and being expected to work 8 AM next day. -Bonus plan is a joke, you will never get more than 30% of what they promised! -Discrimination is ordinary between employees! They hire the highest level manager for the office. less than 6 months later, once you get used to it, they fire that guy and put their old friend of them back in place. Interesting point is the old friend is not even qualified for the position. But they believe he is a good leader, simply because discrimination! -The person, who reported the discrimination to HR, guess what she got a written up and forced to resign! -They sold the company to a rich Middle East buyer, and promised things get better for employees, guess what the owners went for long trips to Europe or Africa and they come back to the same or even worse system! -They lost at least 6 qualified employees all Professional Engineers and didn’t hire anyone for their replacement, expecting current employees to cover the work load! -During my years of service, I have never saw the owner, she is another lie to get Small Business advantages.
