Vantaggi

You get to meet a lot of interesting people. The clients are awesome, and colleagues are very nice, too. As the teams tend to be rather small, you can expect to do loads of different little tasks, learning all the time new skills. Also, if you work for the events team, you will travel a lot. If you like it, it is great. - interesting clients - you learn a lot - international job and roles

Svantaggi

The company demands that you account each 15 minutes with a correct client account. In the end, you end up spending up to 1 hour every week in managing and trying to calculate how much you work for each client. The stress is also very palpable, and you will be expected to easily handle more than one client at the time. The management support is very weak, and tends to blame you for not managing yourself if you struggle. The HR is super long. Don't expect to get fast responses ever. - intense stress - poor managerial support - high focus on costs that means that you end up working for multiple accounts

Vantaggi

Most of the people are great at my level and below

Svantaggi

Promise of preferred shift - lie Promise of bonuses - lie, they'd bring it up but never follow through Promise of certain holidays off - lie and was told a week before the holiday we'd be working Sending out mass emails to 370+ people without protection our personal emails so now we all have each other's PERSONAL emails with no apologies or accountability from management. Agents expecting to use personal devices and emails for company communication Micromanaging to a point of having to screen share and audio on at all times Doing 10 hours of work in an 8 hour day, however than will manually adjust your timecard to avoid paying overtime even if you worked it. Quitting during training means you only get paid at min wage for the hours worked in that pay period and not what you signed up for The list can go on, don't even get me started on their pay and benefits
