Passive aggressiveness is of paramount importance. No will to get rid of rotten apples. They prefer to wait for you to burn out. Salaries for "officers" "coordinators" and "managers" are ridiculously low. Likes to say that it's a "family" owned company, reality is that they are only looking at the numbers and directors are counting on their end of year bonuses...while you are paid 500 net less than the market. Avoid at all costs. It's not worth it.
