They pay less than minimum wage in CA (where I live), they can move you to other campaigns without asking, management isn't attentive nor responsive, they have bad organization no one knows what's happening, their trainings are awful and a waste of time, they have you start taking calls without being fully prepared. When you are on a call with a customer and you don't know the answer because they didn't train you properly they take forever to reply to your questions on a zoom chat and it's very likely the customer will hang up on you before you can get the info they need.
