but when it comes to talking commission the way they have , diminished and had promises made really concerns me. They speak of you like your family, but everything this company does is designed to be like its own employee generating system, your commission cap structure is a $200, I literally went in circles trying to understand their loop holes, But I realized even if your great, even if the numbers are their your not making more, you make the same as everyone there. Your base pay never moves, your position never really changes. I have assisted and help build projects to expand, and I'm treated like I don't know how to comprehend , and its infuriating being a woman who exceeds expectations , but not given the recognition deserved in the for of an actual promotion or a raise because I'm not man. Don't believe the hype, on we are family, we are not anything but pawns. You do ban in one they just move you to anther , but you won't make more its like a cycle that never moves anywhere.
