Good Company - Recensione dipendente - Social Care Worker presso MCMA

There is some work to be had.

The company are charging a lot of money to the providers they serve. This money is pocketed by them. The workers pay and conditions is paltry.

- Able to get a job with them straight out of university with my psychology degree - the woman who organized my shifts with me was a superstar - never had any issues with being paid - job did exactly what I expected of it

- it’s an agency, I didn’t feel part of a community or something bigger than myself - I didn’t feel there was anything special about working for them
