Good variety of work relating to cybersecurity risk management. Had opportunity to self-direct project through time at MCRA. Good intern program with virtual presenter sessions and check-ins. Great exposure to FDA processes/medical device industry as someone unfamiliar. My second manager was amazing as a people leader. Felt as if I had been there for 6 months, not 8 weeks.

IT, Cybersecurity, and Compliance were very siloed at first making progress on initiatives hard but seemed to be moving in the right direction when I left.
