Most of the people that work there are friendly. Management works with employees when taking vacation. Management is usually very available and offer an open door policy. Office atmosphere is comfortable and flexible as well as the dress code.

If an employee allows it, the company will overwork the employee. The benefits have gone downhill over the years. Some departments can be very "clickish" and seldom open up to others. Those departments are treated very differently, and if bonuses are mentioned as a possibility it is only "those" departments that receive them. If you are a person that worries about trees, this is not the place for you since the company uses and wastes more than their fair share. The office is actually full of gossip which is surprising since the majority of employees are male.
