They merged with woodgroup which don't have the same values and don't treat their employees as they should.

There are still committed employees that work hard to make a substantial difference in a competitive market segment. Company focuses on customer retention through wellness programs. Sales reps have periodic trainings on new products.

The top management seems to be isolated in an executive bubble and does not sustain a flow of relevant information towards its internal constituents, so news are learned through the "grapevine". There is a lack of cross functional collaboration that makes business processes difficult.
