A significant portion of the office staff appeared to be related in some capacity. Over time, QA/QC demands required senior staff to focus primarily on project oversight, which limited their availability for mentorship and structured professional development. As a result, internal advancement opportunities were limited, and many employees sought career growth externally after gaining experience.
