Now seeing the impact of Scotia acquiring MD Financial Management. Increase work day with no salary adjustment, no more WFH even though MD Management implemented individually directed WFH years prior to COVID, no more professional development money to pursue learning or certifications , health benefits continue to get worsen. No hope of accomplishing anything. More painful for original MD employees because we know what a great employer looked like!
