Misunderstanding of Company Values - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso MDA

Sadly, MDA as a company is a massive headache and is becoming a detriment to itself. I had the misfortune of overhearing that a very strong candidate for our satellite division would not get an offer signed for them as MDA doesn't want to risk on an individual that does not have a major in engineering or computer science. My colleagues were excited to bring them in as they have the industry experience of working in aerospace, especially in relation to working with satellite telemetry. From what I understand, an offer was put forward to be signed off on for weeks now. What a waste of time and effort for administration, hiring community, and engineers to participate in an interview process for someone that MDA is actively looking yet become blindsided by MDA itself because of such nonsense. For those looking to apply at MDA, I suggest that you better major in engineering or computer science.
