Hard working knowledgeable scientists and staff; friendly atmosphere; approachable local management team. Modern facility with state of the art equipment.

Senior management team not very knowledgeable about the work performed at our sitel there were various lines of service but they only seemed to think there was one. This affected the marketing effort and the business was significantly undersold and therefore underperformed - very frustrating when you have staff keen to work hard, do a good job. Many staff were disilusioned with the pay for performance package. Some activities seemed to be duplicated at various sites& expertise was therefore duplicated - seemed like different sites/business units competed for the same business

If you need experience this can be a stepping stone. But be warned thats all there is to it. The people you work with are nice. Some uppermangement people know and do their jobs well, and are very people oriented. But if you go above them, then they become process driven robots.

Top management ee people as commodities. (It was actually said a blurted out by a top management personnel) Process driven. Does not award talent. Pidgeon-hole you in your role, and doesnt see the employee as anything beyond that.
