Too many administrators, everytime you try to ask a question you are sent to another person. Decisions are based upon administrative preferences not the best interest of children and families. Job duties change constantly and no one knows if they are coming or going. An astronomical amount of money is spent on "training" all over the country that would have been better spent saving the program. Combined this has lead to unsafe practices with children.

PTO is awesome (if you’re able to use it) and the pay depending on your position is ok. Benefits are ok.

There are way to many supervisors of supervisors. Everything is micromanaged and checked with other people.
