Great pay. Benefits package includes Blue Cross insurance. MDW’s HR and leadership team are top notch. They’re not only friendly and responsive, but seem to be always looking for nice ways to show their employee appreciation. Our main work mission is to support the government and military personnel of MDA, the agency that defends our country and allies against all types of potential missile attacks. The government work site is relatively new, it’s huge, and has many conveniences within the complex itself such as an awesome cafeteria, fitness center, barber shop, and Starbucks. An outdoor courtyard with a water fountain is located in the center of the complex and is a great place to walk and to eat lunch outside. The company and work environment have exceeded my expectations and I am very happy working for them.

The on-site parking lot is enormous. It can be a bit of a walk to the building and can get very crowded but is generally not too bad if you get there by 7:30 am. You may run into a small wait at the main gate, but it’s usually not bad at all.
