Not really much to say pro wise as I can't think of one to be honest.

The owner takes advantage of you all the time. Be ready to work for free at times as he does not like to pay anybody to be honest. Money is tight as he is and individual owner. Worked with owner side by side and he is clueless when it comes to managing an entertainment company. He will manipulate you into doing things he can't and had promised to clients that he would. Really didn't feel valued, at all. Even though I have more experience then anyone, even the owner. Felt as though he was using everyone for information No contracts. He literally refused to sign one. Never heard of that in this industry. Even after saying I need one. Clearly only protecting his own interests. Sound like a good place to you?

Working on a great project with a great team of co-workers.

Very small company with a lacking upper management. It is actually the worst management I have ever experienced. The company is run by the President and an account manager based in Italy. Communication is difficult and sometimes non-existent. The President wants to take risks but is always too concerned with money. The company doesn't care about the employees - no benefits and vacation policy is all over the place. They expect employees to submit their vacation days 3-6 months in advance. There has been a couple of times when they didn't pay employees on time. The check was late by a couple of days which is burdensome for people who plan their months on their paycheck.
