I enjoy the satisfaction of helping people who are truly in need. I have been given an opportunity to develop and implement a curriculum for a Broome County Jail re-entry program where I teach job readiness skills to both men and women who are soon to be released. I get a lot of satisfaction, as well as pride from conduction these classes.

The Pay is Dismal. Human services are not entitled to c.o.l.a. so I wil NEVER get a raise. The management has swung towards micromanagement in the past year. A little big brother for me.
