Company Changed to a Greed Machine after a buyout by Marsh Mclennan. None of the employees are happy, Many people are jumping ship. Accounting: Workers are worried and Depressed and hate the new changes. IT: No Longer care and Letting problems linger got rid of their best, most caring employee, slow email and network issues plague us daily. Claims: worked to the bone in a uncaring environment and always concerned about whats going to happen next. Producers: Pissed that their commissions went down and now are only holding on until they find something better. Creative Services: Overworked, Tired of Traveling and doing multiple jobs without a raise or bonus. PIP: Stressed tired of leadership and worried about the changes. At least Stan said it best in the Elevator when he said "No one is safe"
