The internal training and support I received was excellent building a good foundation of knowledge. The management team are open and communicate freely about the state of the business and how I can contribute. They work on very interesting projects giving me visibility into difficult issues and problems leading to excellent career opportunities.

The company is spread accross many geographies with clients in multiple locations which requires me to travel frequently. Management try and place me close to my home office but that is not always possible and like all other consulting firms frequent travel can be difficult on my family. the downturn has seen bonuses reduced but they have been increased this year which is nice to see. Hopefully the improvement continues.
