Too be honest, I have been with the company many years and overall I am very happy here.

Lack of accountability - especially many of the managers. Too many of the managers fail to follow-up and also fail to hold "certain" employees accountable (Apparent favoritism). One specific manager spends entirely too much time "in the weeds" and not enough time managing the department and is often unavailable.
Even though they have published Core values, etc. there are too many times that even members of the management team may not always "practice what they preach."
Some of the managers have a reputation for rehiring employees who have left and then giving them more money to return, rather than keep in the first place. This has a somewhat negative impact on employees who have been loyal and have remained.
