Below market salary - Recensione dipendente - HR Representative presso MIT

The salary was very low, not really a living wage (55k) for Cambridge. The culture was WAY off. We tried making suggestions to management and they did not care since their pockets were lined. There was zero growth, not salary growth, not title growth, not responsibility growth.
