12yAlthough you are no longer at the Laboratory,it is pleasing to see that your experience was positive. We work hard to maintain positive work-life balance and try to accommodate the needs of individuals when possible. The opportunity to work with a concentration of committed, highly trained people is one of the big reasons that people cite for coming to work at Lincoln Laboratory. The focus on applied science and engineering is one of the strengths that we bring to providing solutions to our sponsors. While there are some necessary restrictions for security purposes, we do encourage staff to participate in professional societies and to publish in media that meet requirements. Although security considerations are a big part of life at the Laboratory, we are able to provide opportunity for active exchange of information and host a number of technology presentations annually.
