As you have probably seen, senior management is very actively engaged in working to build an inclusive environment, including increasing the presence of women in senior roles. Notably, the Chief Technology Officer is a woman and the ranks of women in group leadership are increasing. As a technology oriented company sometimes support roles may not seem to get the credit they may deserve. As an enterprise we recognize that we all succeed when all aspects of the organization are performed with an eye toward excellence.
