Pay could be hire, and working remote is only for 3 out of 5 days, but for position coming into the office does not seem necessary.

Thank you for your review. We are not a totally remote company but do realize the benefits to employees by being hybrid. And the benefits of being at work in a team environment are also a positive.
Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
