There are many changes that take place in MLTC. This is the only company I would want to work for in this space. It is a wonderful place to work.

I honestly cant say there is a 'con' to working here. Every job has its things that are difficult to deal with. But MJHS is--by far--the best place I have ever worked. Many changes are pending in MLTC, so we will see how the company handles the changes--but as of now, this is my experience. That can all change of course.

I interviewed with a female recruiter who promised one salary but then they chnged the salary to 8K less right before the start date, giving you no time to recrruit to other positions. Luckily I had a better opportunity a couple of months into the role and was able to leave. HR in this company are the biggest liars. They dont care about what theybsay, just how many people they can recruit within a certain period to meet their quotas. If you are recruiting for a position that is non-manaferial , watch out , this is what they do to try to fill in rolls that are dificult to keep. Or do not quit your job until first day on the job of MJHS.
