MJHS provides new graduates with obtaining C Licensure. A lot of documentation so you will improve your clinical language on paper. Accountability is held for all roles without exception

Top heavy someone is always monitoring your documentation, Must be open to working a couple of weekends per months . No management support, supervisor is always right . Very clickish( must be accepted by right team members to survive). Hospice very demanding with exceptional high expectations!

Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
