      Wow, just about really everything else. No one in management knows what they're doing here. There is zero support for recruiters. Management is out to lunch, literally and physically. Owner doesnt know what half the roles are.

      No real leadership from supervisors. Monopoly on candidates in the system. Sink or swim culture. Management doesn’t help you succeed. No loyalty to the work you’ve put in.
