-Chaotic: No processes are followed during the development or the support activity -Project Management: One of the worst project management I've seen: Release dates are constantly changing, no PM driven communication over what is happening in the project and when it should happen. -Documentation: No documented solutions, so you need to look the actual code up every time you need to change a function. Or you can ask someone who remembers how that worked two years ago :) -Unplannable: You cannot plan when you need to support something during the evening or on weekends. And you need to do that once-twice a month.
