      There is not much to say about this small mom and pop shop.

      They have no business in helping others succeed. They have always been solely focused on ensuring roles were filled and business sold, but never investing in their employees. It was a very transactional environment and rather toxic.

      ***Mistaken Identity*** This review came from an employee identified as a 'Technical Recruiter from San Diego', and since MLS has had zero recruiters located in San Diego in 22 years, this reviewer is mistaken about which company they are reviewing.

      Very few technology-focused staffing companies have a complete understanding of jobs they work on. From low-level chip design and FPGA architecture to UI/UX software, Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear I&C work, the recruiting staff at MLS has a broad spectrum and depth of knowledge.

      Sometimes MLS will go way above and beyond to assist our employees and clients at the expense of additional sales.
