I've been working here for almost 2 years, worked as a business development assistant for the first year, and till now I am working as a project coordinator. MOGEL really cares about us as employees and the management appreciates transparency at all levels. We also have remote working opportunities here at MOGEL.

      Sometimes, there is much work to do that you can't catch up within your working hours and should have overtime working (though we are being paid), but in that sense, the company is not flexible, and too much pressure can be put on your shoulders.
