The "hollier than thou" arrogance keeps employees whispering behind closed doors and too afraid to speak up about anything. Employees are constantly in fear that if they do or don't do something a certain way, they'll be fired. Everyone is on egg shells and in a psychological stand off to save their neck. The attorney members that work onsite are the most unprofessional, vulgar, narcissistic and cruel, toxic members I've ever experienced in a work place. CHRO can be likened to Queen of Hearts in Alice. No real leadership direction, but aggressively makes frivolous and uncalculated demands to offer the appearance of progress and effort.
