Consistently disrespectful to employee's time and efforts. Requires employees to pay hundreds of dollars for software required for job tasks w/ no financial support from company. Promised to reimburse for new skill certifications; then rescinded AFTER certifications were completed. "Unlimited PTO" really translates to "No, you can't take vacation 4 months from now b/c there's no one to cover you...." They have approved exactly 1 vacation in 4+ years, even when submitted 6 months early. Has refused (point blank) to preform employee reviews, for YEARS; despite positive feedback from every client relationship; probably as a ploy to deny raises. In a 5-bucket ranking survey completed by employees; 0% of employees reported "liking the culture" or felt they were "being respected by the company".
