Nothing really, like any growing business certain resources are on a delay while revenue catches up to need.

I liked the work and the job itself. It wasn’t hard and I enjoyed my team as people.

Upper management was very hands off and said one thing but did another. Upper management was only around if something serious happened and you had to figure it out on your own otherwise.
