Dizzyingly bad - Recensione dipendente - AI/ML Engineer presso MPS Limited

I worked for AJE, which was acquired by MPS. After the acquisitions, the engineering department was outsourced, folks across the org were laid off, and employees who did survive each round were poorly compensated and asked to do more and more work. Communication from senior leadership was poor, either because of a lack of planning before the acquisition or a desire not to share plans because of their negative impacts on AJE employees.
