Favoritism - Recensione dipendente - Quality Control presso MRC Manufacturing

Cheap Christmas bonus, unorganized, unfairness, I got fired for attendance when I was told there was no attendance policy, but others have multiple absences & are still there. Some even have been fired & got rehired several times in my short time there. Some were also drinking on the job, & no discipline ever took place. There's no lock out for safety when molds are being changed & when tech's are working on the mold. I liked it here because of the money, but in all honesty, they get rid of who they don't like. I've seen it.
