MRC’s goals align with much of your feedback, and we have been working to develop and hire strong, diverse managers who can nurture and develop our sales staff. In addition, we are working to implement new processes for career pathing and milestones in our Sales department to ensure continued career growth and success. However, the work does have to come from the sales reps. Our goal is to help you figure out how to get there!
Given the competitive nature of sales, especially in our industry, it's common for people with a passion for winning in sales to also have a passion for sports. For many, those discussions provide a positive energy they can leverage in their work. Lastly, our sales process is tried and true and implemented nation-wide among our sister companies. But that does not mean we can’t make upgrades, which our management and training team are constantly working to upgrade. For anyone who has good ideas on ways MRC can upgrade the process to better connect with prospective clients and win business, we are always open to innovative suggestions!
