If the good news is your success depends on you, then i believe for some the bad news is, their success depends on them. The results you see are heavily dependent on the time you put in to prospecting, developing your skill set and learning to master your profession. You will be expected to produce early and often. There will be deadlines, high quotas and high expectations. If that isn't your style, this probably won't be the office for you.
