They have had many CEO's and executives come and go. The new CEO has cut out everything and prides himself on being cheap. He comes down hard on everyone, but not himself. He talks down to people and thinks that his "awe shucks" style comes across as "I am one of you" but he has a biting temper that his team is well aware of. He only works well with men, and that is why there are no women on his direct reports except for his General Counsel which he doesn't even involve. He likes people he can manipulate and only agrees with him. Don't leave your job to go work for him. Big mistake.
