Poor talent retention as good performance does not get recognized / rewarded. Instead, more work and responsibility is allocated. Such a culture of a lack of recognition and reward, leads to people being unproductive and talent leaving the company. Poor HR internal process and retrenchment management. Unfair treatment, lack of transparency, engagement, empathy, understanding of situation and response. They will short change you in every way possible. Management has no idea what they are doing, makes positions redundant only to hire the same positions again in a short span of a few months.
