Some of the staff can be fun to talk to. Free Internet is about the only perk worth working there for.

There's a culture of toxic positivity that's entirely forced and damaging. The media and statements they make public are vastly different to the actual internal environment. They claim to care about mental health, but are unwilling to accommodate working at home for mental health purposes - despite the job being advertised as HYBRID. Those who have been there for more than a year are worshipped and can't put a foot wrong, where those who are recently started are outcast by most, and their every move monitored by their seniors. Roles are misadvertised, the pay discrepancy is laughable and the excuses are even worse. I dread coming to work, something that's never happened in many, many years of working and it's not changing. And it's painfully evident that there's an issue with the high turnover.
